Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if you are not satisfied with the 1millionresume.com resume builder app for any reason. You must request a refund within 3 days of purchase.

Process

To request a refund, please email customer support at contact@1millionresume.com with reason you are seeking refund. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your request.

Refund Amount

We will issue refund of user paid amount minus payment provider charges.

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for a refund:
